Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Wm F Meyer / Aquae Sulis Showrooms for your plumbing needs. Now that you have your products, you may be wondering what the next steps are if there were to be an issue where the warranty would need to utilized.

All of your products are warrantied through the manufacturer, not Wm F Meyer. We DO keep a record of your purchases for many years, but it is always in your best interest to keep your documentation. When a warranty issue arises, you will call the manufacturer yourself, as they like to speak to someone who is on the scene with the product in question. They will ask you pointed questions about the product that only you, the user, will be able to answer. They will also ask you for your place of purchase, date of purchase, and your model number which can all be found on your invoice provided to you by Wm F Meyer. A Wm F Meyer associate will always be able to help you decipher your invoices if you have any questions.

Return Policy

Overview

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Wm. F. Meyer Co. can be returned within 60 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Any return must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. We reserve the right to charge up to a 35% restock fee or refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Many of our items are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in addition to a restocking/handling fee. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all non-defective returned items.

Return/Exchanges

If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is not defective and you have not used it, you have 60 days from the date of purchase for return. We will only accept returns for items that are 100% in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, parts and accessories included. We do not refund shipping charges. The cost of outbound shipping and a minimum of 25% restock fee will be deducted from the total refund. We reserve the right to charge an additional restock fee for any items not meeting these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

  • Installed
  • Purchase day of 60 days old or greater
  • Discontinued product
  • Out of warranty – Past date code acceptance
  • Noted as non-returnable or non-cancellable on your original paperwork.
  • Custom ordered products
  • Damaged/missing packaging
  • Missing parts

Defective Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

A product must be diagnosed “defective” by a member of our staff to accept it as a defective return. If an item is claimed to be defective and after testing is found not to be defective, your refund will be reduced and a restock fee of 25-35% will be applied, based on the condition of the item returned.

Please save all packaging materials until you are confident that your item is not defective. Many of our manufacturers require the original packaging when sending an item back. Items without original packaging may be subject to a restock fee or possible rejection of credit.
